Yesssss! Made it to Round 2

Well done you have made it to second round, great news, the people you met were impressed and they want to see you again, but they have not yet offered you the job and need a second opinion.

The second interview maybe be tougher, you have talked about everything you feel in the first interview so what will they talk about now.

You are prepared so don’t panic

Firstly – Make some notes from your first interview,

• What did they tell you about the role?
• What did they tell you about the company?
• Who did you meet?
• Who will you be working with?
• Who are your team?
• What do they expect from you ?

Reflect on your first interview and the information you gathered and so that you present it back in your second round. This shows you were interested and listening and very serious about this role and the company

Reflect over your answers from the first round and how you could answer them better.

Be ready to explain any gaps or career breaks in your cv.

Prepare a few lines to say on closing the interview about your interested in the role and why..
