Marketing Support Officer – Enniscorthy

They are seeking an organised and dynamic Office Administrator to join our team. This multifaceted role involves general office administration duties while also offering the unique opportunity to support our marketing efforts, particularly in programme management and brand activity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating office operations, enhancing client engagement, and contributing to the execution of our marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


– **General Administration:**

– Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functionality.

– Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.

– Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement.

– Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and

technical support.


**Client Liaison:**

– Maintain and update client records and correspondence.

– Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism

and efficiency.

– Assist in preparing and distributing client communication materials.


**Event Management:**

– Plan, organise, and execute events, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with team


– Coordinate logistics, from venue selection to attendee registration and post-event

feedback collection.




**Marketing Support:**

– Support the marketing team in the management of programmes and brand activities.

– Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance GreenTechHQ’s

visibility and engagement.

– Contribute to content creation for social media, newsletters, and other marketing


– Help in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help

shape future marketing strategies.


Ideal Candidate:

– Proven experience in office administration, preferably with exposure to marketing or event


– Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and

prioritise effectively.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships

with clients, partners, and team members.

– Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is an advantage.
