Purcelloleary are recruiting on behalf of a production company based in North Wexford. As a make and fit company all our products are delivered and installed throughout the island of Ireland.

They currently have an opportunity for a Logistics & Installations Manager to join our existing talented and enthusiastic team in Gorey, Co. Wexford.

Role description for the Logistics & Installations Manager

Staff Management

To ensure that all staff are performing to a high level and to monitor each employee’s ongoing training and progression along with carrying out monthly performance reviews with each employee. You will be required to carry out all normal day to day support duties such as organising annual leave requests, sick leave etc.

 

Vehicle & Equipment Management

Organize and monitor routine repair and maintenance of all vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are always in safe working order. You are also responsible for maintaining and monitoring the full list of fitting tools and equipment and to organise any repairs and replacements as required.

 

Call Out Management

To organise, manage and resolve all customer call outs, issues and re-fits from the first point of an issue being identified to final resolution ready for payment.

 

Health & Safety

To ensure that all Health and safety regulations are met and that all employees are adequately trained and to organise such training when required. Completing risk assessments, method statements & providing necessary health and safety documents to commercial customers. To complete accident reports should any injury/incident occur within the workplace.

 

Efficiency and process management

To continuously work to introduce, improve and implement more efficient work practices and processes constantly aiming to reduce waste and production/fitting times and to increase productivity.

 

The successful person for Logistics & Installations Manager must demonstrate:

  • An ability to plan, organize and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
  • A systems thinking mindset.
  • An ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
