Operations Manager – Wexford

Our client, a prominent player in multiple sectors, including agricultural, utility chambers, outdoor sports recreation products, waste water tanks, is seeking a dynamic General Manager.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for improving efficiency and increasing business profitability, while managing the company’s overall operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage all staff and cultivate a dynamic, inclusive, and forward-thinking workplace environment for the entire team.
• Drive strategic initiatives to achieve business growth in line with the company vision plan.
• Collaborate to enhance business governance and metrics, extracting valuable insights to steer key business decisions.
• Proactively research and identify business opportunities.
• Oversee all aspects of HR, including pivotal hiring decisions.
• Delegate responsibilities to team leaders, providing encouragement and motivation.
• Manage both customer and employee expectations effectively.
• Identify and address areas of waste within the business.
