The role of the role of Talent acquisition specialist:
The Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the souring of candidates for the company and will support the manager and liaise with agencies throughout the process
You will be responsible for the review of resumes and selection of applications to go forward for interview.
You will also be responsible for selecting which applicants will move forward in the hiring process.
Your role will also include to conduct a screening for each candidate, this will be the initial interview which will be conduct by phone or zoom
When needed before making recommendations to hiring managers. In some cases, they conduct may final interviews themselves.
You as the acquisition specialist must be especially good at quickly and accurately assessing skills and the candidates themselves for a given job.
Once the interview process is completed you will also check references for the candidate.
Qualification for the role of Talent acquisition specialist:
Degree in HRM or other related matter
2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and people skills
