Basic Qualifications of the HR Manager :
- Degree in Human Resource Management, CIPD Qualified.
- Minimum 8 year’s experience in a Human Resources related role within a multi task HR Environment.
- 5 years people management experience.
- Experience of working in multinational company.
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
- Successful track record in creating, providing and promoting great culture and workplace practices
- Creating and developing HR strategy and managing projects
- Leading and managing HR teams
- Implementing and managing HR systems
- Organisational design leadership and coaching
- Ability to identify trends and changes in the profession; assess impact on business; recommend, implement and monitor corrective action strategies.
