Basic Qualifications of the HR Manager :

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, CIPD Qualified.
  • Minimum 8 year’s experience in a Human Resources related role within a multi task HR Environment.
  • 5 years people management experience.
  • Experience of working in multinational company.
  • Experience of working in a multicultural environment.
  • Successful track record in creating, providing and promoting great culture and workplace practices
  • Creating and developing HR strategy and managing projects
  • Leading and managing HR teams
  • Implementing and managing HR systems
  • Organisational design leadership and coaching
  • Ability to identify trends and changes in the profession; assess impact on business; recommend, implement and monitor corrective action strategies.
