    Responsibilities:                                                            

    The Risk Coordinator will assist and coordinate the completion of various process steps in the TPRM lifecycle from evaluation and selection to on-boarding, renewal, off boarding including on-going monitoring activities.

    • Data analytics of various reports to determine and support on-boarding of new third parties to the TPRM process
    • Initiate and support the intake/inherent risk questionnaire (IRQ) steps to commence TPRM activities
    • Assess intake/IRQ forms for completeness and perform good order review
    • Ensure all actions ensuing from good order reviews are communicated and tracked
    • Initiate and / or conduct third party screening in pre-contract due diligence in conjunction with Risk Assessment Coordinator
    • Work in conjunction with Risk Assessment Coordinator with regard periodic / monitoring reviews as required
    • Coordinate ongoing monitoring activities at the inherent risk domain level in conjunction with engagement owners and risk domain partners
    • Monitor and complete ongoing monitoring activities based on inherent engagement risk tier
    • Assist with logging of findings management and creation of findings management reports and circulation
    • Support the third party termination process through coordination with engagement owners and updating of engagements in the TPRM tool
    • Manage automated system notifications taking required actions
    • Work across TPRM Team where support activities are required
    • Contribute to training and reporting activities in a support role
    • Own and coordinate FAQ process
    • Work with Training lead to update procedures where updates are identified
    • Collaborate on TPRM projects as identified by management

    Qualifications/Competencies for The Risk Coordinator:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or other third level qualification

    Additional Skills/Preferences The Risk Coordinator:

    • Familiar with Aravo or similar Third Party Risk Management technology
    • Experience in a fast paced working environment
    • Strong technical and data analytical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
